Re-Start Consulting provides corporate training, counselling and mediation/conflict resolution services to a range of organisations in the Inner West, St. George–Sutherland and North Sydney areas. Re-Start Consulting mediation services can be provided to individuals experiencing workplace conflicts. Mediation involves conflicting parties meeting to discuss and resolve relevant issues. The process works by encouraging the parties to speak to each other and reach a mutually acceptable agreement that will sort out their problems. It gives the parties a chance to talk about the situation, express their concerns to each other and come up with some practical ideas about how things could change for the better.
