Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)

OHS training and advisory services are provided to assist organisations to meet their OHS legislative requirements to ensure a safe workplace for employees and anyone else who may be affected by the undertakings of the organisation.  OHS Consultancy services are quite diverse but may, for example, include: 

• OHS management systems auditing
• Reviewing and/or writing policies & procedures Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) or Safe Working Procedures (SWPs)
• Conducting risk assessments of the greater OHS systems, or of specific areas (eg. manual handling risk assessments)
• Assessment of the physical and cognitive requirements of particular roles to design Job Duties manuals for use by organisations in pre-employment and in the return to work process
