1. Senior Rehabilitation Consultant - Injury Management Team
(Re-Start Consulting, Lewisham)
Re-Start Consulting is a successful workplace rehabilitation provider with over 18 years experience and branches in Lewisham and Orange. Our company provides injury management, vocational placement services, OHS consulting and counselling services to individuals and organisations. We deliver rehabilitation services for WorkCover, Comcare, life insurance and personal illness cases.
Re-Start Consulting has long standing relationships with many well known brands, providing variety and exposure to a wide range of industries for our staff. Our team has a reputation for providing clients with effective, timely and customer focused services.
A vacancy has become available in the Injury Management Team at our Inner West Sydney Branch for a Senior Consultant. This team concentrates their efforts on injury management of physical injuries. Opportunities to work on OHS projects, mentor and train new staff, supervise students, provide account management, manage customer relations and conduct business development activities.

The successful candidate will have:
-
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
(Please note - Exercise Physiologists must be accredited with WorkCover to provide Workplace and Functional Assessments) -
Demonstrated experience in a similar role (minimum 18 months)

Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

Sound communication and negotiation skills

Energetic, hard working and motivated attitude

Ability to work as part of a team and be self-driven

2. Rehabilitation Consultant - (Independent Injury Solutions, Orange)
Independent Injury Solutions is a boutique Rehabilitation Provider servicing the Central West of NSW. Independent Injury Solutions operates as a division of Re-Start Consulting, forming a specialised occupational rehabilitation group that is able to provide services in Injury Management, Vocational Services, OH&S, Wellness and Psychological Services.
Independent Injury Solutions has a long standing relationship with many local businesses which provide variety and exposure to a wide range of industries. Our team has a reputation for providing clients with effective, pro-active, innovative and customer focused services.
The position involves:
* Providing assessment services & case management to a portfolio of clients predominantly within the workers compensation market
* Completing a variety of assessments including Initial Assessments, Workplace Assessments and Functional Assessments
* Completing training in the areas of Manual Handling, Fatigue and Risk Management
* Involvement in delivering Wellness Programs to various employers
* Completing Pre-employment screenings
* Providing OH&S Services to clients including risk assessments and assisting with OH&S Systems
* Providing a broad range of consultancy services relevant to your discipline and interests
* Supportive environment for new graduates
The person we are looking for:

Energetic and resourceful with a professional and mature approach

Current Drivers Licence

Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Science (must be AAESS accredited)

Highly motivated, team player, enjoying autonomy & flexibility within a role

Experience in occupational rehabilitation would be advantageous
