About Us

Re-Start Consulting Pty Ltd was registered as a business in New South Wales in 1992.  In 1993 ComCare and WorkCover NSW accreditation was achieved, followed by accreditation in the ACT in 2003.  The business originally ran under two Owner Directors, both Occupational Therapists and operated from the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney before moving to its current base in Lewisham in 2002.

In 2001, Re-Start Consulting was sold to LifeCare Health, who later merged with Foundation HealthCare.  When owned by IPN Re-Start Consulting was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange and during these years of corporate management, valuable lessons were learnt about strategic planning and the principles of relationship marketing/business development.  However fundamentally private practice is about managing relationships with our clients and in 2006 Health Networks Australia (HNA) bought the business from IPN.

Under the direction of HNA, Re-Start Consulting has continued to grow purchasing a business named Independent Injury Solutions, based at Orange in 2007.

The HNA group own a number of businesses in Australia including:

• Over 30 Physiotherapy practices predominately in New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia.
• OccCorp aim to provide rapid, effective and affordable workers compensation solutions to employers throughout Australia.
